Terms and Conditions

According to the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the owner of an online store is required to specify the terms for product delivery, returns, and the right of withdrawal. Such an agreement is called a distance contract (Cabinet of Ministers regulations).

Distance Contract

This contract is made between the seller of the goods offered in this online store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer:

The Seller agrees to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer according to the Buyer’s order.

Ordering, Payment, and Delivery

The Buyer places an order via this website by specifying the type and quantity of goods. The Buyer can pay for the goods using the payment methods integrated into the online store or by paying an invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by email. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller guarantees delivery of the goods within 20 days after payment has been received, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller. Upon request, the Seller will provide a withdrawal form via email.

The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller within 7 days of sending the withdrawal letter. All costs related to returning the goods are borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

• The goods ordered cannot be returned due to their nature or are perishable or quickly consumed;
• The goods are custom-made specifically for the Buyer based on their individual order;
• The Buyer has opened the packaging of audio recordings, video recordings, or computer programs.

According to Section 12(6) of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer’s withdrawal or to charge a compensation fee if the goods are damaged, mishandled, or instructions are not followed during use, or if the original packaging is lost or significantly damaged.

Data Processing

By providing the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that their personal data will be used by the Seller to process the order and deliver the goods in accordance with Latvian legislation. By submitting information, the Buyer also consents to receiving notifications related to their order processing at the provided email address.
